Adele’s Weight Loss: How The Singer Lost Nearly 50 Pounds

Adele has one of the most powerful voices in music today. But apart from being recognized for her voice, the “Someone Like You” hit singer was also known for being overweight. Now she has overcome being overweight, losing nearly 50 pounds.

The impressive weight loss was a result of her decision to make some lifestyle changes and improve her health. She stopped smoking and drinking when she became pregnant of her son, Angelo, and also started a veggie diet. She also began jogging every morning with her fiancé, which led her to lose 14 pounds in the first month of exercise.

All of these healthy living changes combined with going to the gym helped Adele lose nearly 50 pounds in total. She recently released her new single and video “Hello,” showing off her new figure.
